I’m cranky today! So boy is this post needed. Big time. Make sure to click on over to Kmama’s and link up your own sarcastic riddled therapy post.
To the doctor’s office who found it acceptable to set my appointment at 10:45 in the morning but then to make me wait an ENTIRE hour before actually seeing the doctor. Next time I will make sure to show up late and not early. My time is much more valuable than you are believing it to be. Thank you very much.
To the billing office at the same doctor’s office. That $135.00 that you think I owe you- yeah consider that payment to me for my time today. Thank you very much.
To the doctor whom I visited today. Your letter is coming tomorrow missy. Oh yes it is. I have way to much venom to spew at you to try to sum it up in a couple of short sentences. Thank you very much.
To the scale at the doctor’s office. I am serious about losing weight this time and when I step on you after an entire week of eating better I expect to see a lower number than what I saw last time. You need to be calibrated. My husband owns a scale company and I do not appreciate you making me think I actually gained 0.4 lbs over the last week when I’m trying to lose weight. You are playing dirty, dirty tricks on people. I have actually lost 2 lbs. Thank you very much.
To my stomach that is not being kind to me. I know you don’t like all these fruits and veggies I’m eating. But honestly in the long run we’ll both be better off. So please, please stop revolting on me. Thank you very much.

I hate when you wait like that at a doctor's office, but if you are 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment and make you reschedule.
I love it! The pics you picked to go along with the story are great.
I hate to wait at the dr's too ugh
Even when you are grumpy posts, the pics you put in them made me LOL. Hope tomm is a better day~! :)
Waiting in doctor's office makes me absolutely nutsola!! But then again waiting on anyone really bugs me. If we schedule a time to meet that's when we meet {unless of course there is some unforeseen accident} but you are so right about your time being just as valuable. I can't wait to read your letter! ;)
I hate weights at doctors offices. Get it? Weights. Waits.
I refuse to wait at a Dr. office. And that's just what it is... they think your time is not as valuable. I have gone to several different Doctors and been forced to wait. Then loudly expressed my dismay and found another Dr.
Thankfully I finally found one I like and who does not make us wait.
Good luck with that.
I hate that the doctor's office scales are always showing that you weigh more than what you do at home. That's so frustrating (as is the waiting).
Can't wait to read your letter tomorrow!
My stomach is currently revolting against some oranges. ORANGES. Ugh.
Thanks for linking up!!
Ohhhhhh I got so excited when I read "I'm cranky today" I read on with anticipation...and those damn doctors, don't worry they are the same here, I usually ring first or I end up waiting an hour or more!!
Seriously! In the last month, I have waited at my dr. and the kiddo's dr. for more than an hour. I know there are emergencies sometimes...but at least come tell me so I'm not just waiting & waiting! The scale at the dr. always says a little more than mine at home. I trust mine:)
Don't even get me stared on the doctor's office. Seriously, I just told Daddy Bub the other day that the doc owed ME money for making me wait. The nerve of those people.
Ugh, I hate doctors offices for so many reasons - not least of which is the waiting!!! I always bring a book just in case... and if I forget, that's when I have to wait the longest! I have actually gotten up and left doctor's offices before because I had to wait so long, and on my way out I asked the receptionist to schedule me either first thing in the morning or first thing after lunch so that the doc cannot possibly be running behind. Hmm, I should use that on a TST sometime.
Oh yeah, and dr's office scales are always 2 lbs. above mine. I don't know what's up with that, but it makes me feel bad every time! :( Good luck with the weight loss!
I love the pictures you chose to go along with the points!
I hate how doctor's offices schedule you an appt time and then NEVER see you at that time...it's sooooo annoying!
Urgggggh, those doctor delays are the WORST! Maybe you could send him a bill for YOUR time?

Confessions From A Working Mom
Wow - that was not your day was it? And I'm right there with you on the crazy stomach. Unfortunately mine is because I work for a direct descendant of Beezelbub in the bowels of Hell. Looking forward to your letter!
I can stand on my scale at home and then 10 minutes later stand on my Nurse Practitioners scale and it will be up 4 pounds - I told her she really needed to work on that!!!!
Makes you want to eat a big fat donut doesn't it? Grrr! that is why I eat whatever because with my thyroid meds....I just can't lose weight.
The nerve!!!!! I can not stand that! If you show up late they threaten to not see you! I had an anxiety attack at a Drs office once because the stupid nurse accused me of being late and informed me that the next time it happened they would not see me. They told me a different time than what they put in their appointment book! I got my fertility drugs from them and never went back! I did get Lily out of the deal though!
I hate the doctor's office. Seriously. All you do is wait and wait and wait! Good work on eating your fruits and veggies. It's not easy, but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it and your tummy will too :o)
My, you were feeling cranky today. I hope you are feeling better now.
