To my bank account which demands more money than I can give. Thank you very much.
To the power supply that I finally broke down and ordered for my laptop. I waited patiently for you to arrive and when you didn't fit in the stinkin' battery like you were supposed to I thought my head might explode. Thank you very much.
To my 8 year old who is going through another growth spurt and needs more sleep to keep up with the hard work of growing at super speed but doesn't realize that he needs that sleep and chooses instead to be cranky and whiny when he gets home from school. Thank you very much.
To the growth spurt that my 8 year old is once again enjoying. You now have my 2nd grader wearing a size 5 shoe but he'll have to settle for 4.5 because I didn't realize that you were going to make my son's feet grow an entire size in 4 months. Thank you very much.
To Rocco who has to stay in the garage with a portable heater during these frigid temperatures overnight but then scratches on the door to let us know he needs to go outside at random times during the night. Stop it! I need my sleep. Thank you very much.

To the "friend" who solved my question that I put on my blog last Friday without me having to do a thing. The True Story Tuesday post is coming "friend", just give me time. Thank you very much.

25 Validations To Make Me Feel Worthy:
hi! ive missed you:) damn bank accounts, ours are very un cooperative at the moment too!
I hate my bank right now too. Even though I made my deposit in a timely fashion (hours before the posted 3 pm deadline for that day) they didn't post it to my account for 4 days! NY's day, Sat, Sun & then finally Mon night after 9 pm. It's not like I was out having a shopping spree or anything fun like that. Just those 1st of the month bills that are set to auto-draft. Grrrr... Their answer? If I had deposited CASH it would have posted immediately. CASH? When the check I deposited was drawn from the same bank??? Now it appears I will have to CASH my paycheck & then hand the SAME teller the CASH to deposit. Really? Really? You can't believe what FDIC has begun to stand for in my head.
When I first started reading the one about the growth spurt and more sleep I thought...yay, kiddos in bed earlier is always a good thing....then I finished reading! My oldest has been cranky alot lately too! I just make them all go to bed at 7 and then they are usually better the next morning!
Holy scratched up door Batman!
It looks like Rocco may have some anxiety issues?! ;)
You make some seriously gigantic kiddos!!! Size 5?! Bubba wears a 1 and has plenty of room to grow!
I am really looking forward to TST... I have a feeling it's going to be good.
I have some very cranky whiney kids at my house too. Ugh.
And I had to laugh at the size 5 shoe. Buddy is obviously younger than Jakob, but at the age of 5, he's still wearing a toddler size 8.5. LOL Buster at least is in a 6.5.
My coworker had a power cord issue and went to get one from the office supply store and they charged her $105 for a universal fit one. She ended up just ordering from Dell and it was $15.
Thanks for linking up!
Oh dear, are you saying that my oldest will be going through yet another growth spurt in a year? I think it's time he got a job. I'm reconsidering my stance on child labor.
My son wore a men's size 12 at 12 years of age. My ten year old daughter wears a women's size 6 1/2. I only wear an 8 1/2, so I'm not sure where they get it.
Our bank account is ridiculous right now. I will be so glad when we get to stop paying for our new house and our old rent house next month. My husban did a happy dance when he wrote out the last rent payment on the first.
Those darn bank accounts. Mine does that to me every month.
xoxo
Danielle
dang!!!!! rocco needs to chill!!!
yes...bank accounts suck, least mine does
Aw Man! I have a door that looks almost like that too. But it is the one coming up from our basement stairs. And I remember those fast growing feet too. Josiah wore a size 10 by the time he was 11. He skipped sizes 8 and 9. LOL Can you believe that? But his feet pretty much had done their growing by then though because he only wears a 10 1/2 or 11 right now and he is 16. But he has grown a foot since then. Can you imagine how funny he looked being 5 foot tall and a size 10 shoe. I did not think much of it then. I just thought he was going to have a size 13 foot or something. I am not sure they are completely done growing because the last time I bought him shoes I had to get a size 11 and before we were getting 10 1/2 but at least for 4 or 5 years his shoes lasted a little longer. :)
THe joys of managing a family just never end do they? ;) That's why I don't have a dog... I already have enough "animals" to deal with and clean up after! (though a dog might help with the crumbs on the floor issue...)
Jakob's feet are enormous! Feather is 8 and just started wearing a size 13. Maybe he's going to be a basketball player someday! I always know when my kids are going through growth spurts because they keep up with their dad in the eating department and since he can eat enough for five people I am glad they are girls because I don't think I could afford their eating habits once they hit those teenage years if they were boys! ;)
My almost ten year old is growing, thank you very much. After I spent $200 on clothes thinking they would get me through the next year. (Dumb. dumb. dumb. But I SO hate shopping, I try to do it all at once.)
Oh my- those scratches!!!!
Our dog has torn up our door scratching at it. He now sleeps in his kennel, thankyouverymuch! :)
Whoa that's a lot of comments pretty darn quick! :)
That is one itty-bitty-bladder puppy!
It's only okay for kids to go through growth spurts like that when you have $$$ to buy them more cute clothes, right? I'm not liking my post-Christmas bank account much right now...
And a TST?!?! Sure hope the friend wasn't ME! ;)
That doggie is making a mess of your door. Yikes. He needs to sleep at night too. Good grief.
My son grew like that this summer to fall it was crazy. Replacing every piece of clothing.
Gotta love when they grow so fast you can't keep cloths on them that fit!
Wow that's a lot of scratching from your dog
To it all!
GO ROCCO....sorry mate, but been there done that with dogs/scratching and walls!!!
Do you think Rocco and my dog, Sunday, are from the same litter, albeit different breeds?
It's not the bank account per se that gets me, it's all the other accounts asking for things from the bank account.
BTW, you need to install a doorbell for the dog. {*grin*}
LOL.....A doorbell for the dog. Dying to see the Battle of The Blogs.
