It's Thursday and that means it's time for my weekly therapy in the form of sarcasm. My very favorite kind of therapy by the way. I think I was born to be sarcastic...if that's possible. Be sure to check out Kmama at the Daily Dribbles and read more Thank You Very Much posts. She has somehow hooked herself up with some very popular bloggers and is gaining followers by leaps and bounds. But I'm not jealous or anything...*sneer*
To the counselors who did not stretch out their presentation to last the entire class period and making me feel a tad bit guilty for giving the students a lot of free time. Thank you very much.
To the sub jobs which seriously inhibited my blogging career this week. Thank you very much.
To the mango fruit smoothie that calls my name in the morning until I am able to suck down your sweet goodness. Thank you very much.
To the Spring baseball sign-up form that made me go into a slight panic when I realized how much busier my life will be getting in one month. Thank you very much.
To the freakin' power supply to my computer that doesn't fit just right and fails to charge my laptop more often then giving me a full green battery. I hate you with a passion. Thank you very much.
To the "other" blog that I am in a private contest with every Friday because she too hosts a letter writing carnival and has been beating me the last couple of weeks and sending me into an all out depression about my lack of popularity. 'Cause I have an insatiable need to be popular. Thank you very much.
*Deep breath* I feel better now. But my number of validations has dropped as of late and I'm kinda going into a funk. Can you help me? Yes, I am shameless when asking for new followers AND comments AND link-ups on Fridays. But, this blog- it's my lifeline...can you blame me?

29 Validations To Make Me Feel Worthy:
No, I do not blame you one bit. I LOVE getting comments, and I LOVE your blog. I am sure it is MUCH better than the other letter writing blog! :)
Oohhh...a competition?? Where?? Just so you know, you're wildly popular with me, although I'm sure you couldn't tell by my lack of commenting. So sorry about that...I'm still trying to catch up from Christmas break! I'll get there, though. :)
Jen
I'm here for you girl! I was actually planning on linking up on Friday. I'm sorry I haven't linked up before. My brain has a hard time coming up with Thank you's and Letters of Intent! Can you reveal the other blog?
Don't get me started on laptop power cords . . . ugh!
I haven't had as much time to comment lately, but I'm hoping to be back in the blog-reading loop soon!
I love your blog! Blog competition, you say? Well I say that you win, no contest. Your blog rocks and I love reading it!
validate validate. Get you a Clustrmap. When you see all the places people visit from, it makes you feel great!
LOL!! You are too funny. Next week, join in on the "What I Meant to Say" bandwagon. I got over 30 comments yesterday. I think that's a record.
I already have my Letter written for tomorrow...I just need to make a few changes and then it's ready to go!!
Oh please... you don't post in 5 days, leave me hanging wondering where my bloggy idol is, and then you want to complain about lack of love?! ;) I. LURVE. YOU. Feel better?
PS. You need an iPhone (Kari says she can check/read/comment from hers ~ but, ya know, she has a maid too, so she's spoiled like that)!
You ARE popular cuz I said so, so THERE...LOL
I promise to link up on Fridays...is that better???
I think your blog rocks! If I could follow you twice, I would do it!
I am SO not looking forward to baseball season starting! This will be our first year of homework and baseball...fun! I haven't had as many comments on my blog lately either. I figured either everyone was just busy...or I had started getting boring:) I'm hoping it's the first one!
another blog? better than THIS?! UMMM I THINK NOT!!!!
phish!!
I don't do your Letters of Intent, cuz well I suck...I will love you more and do it...how 'bout that?!
Oh you silly goosie. The only reason I didn't link up on the holidays was because... they were the holidays and I was busy dealing with the usual drama, LOL.
I much prefer bloggy drama, Thank You Very Much, haha.
You're popular and you're loved and you have cute kids and we love that you were born to be sarcastic and make us laugh.
And is it too much validation to know that at least one of your bloggy buddies wants to go hug your neck in person?!?!
Ask and ye shall receive. We're here for you sister!
Lmbo! Love that you say the things that so many would never 'fess up to.
Sorry I haven't been letter writing lately. I've been feeling ultra sappy and that's not my letter-writing style. I'll try to give the hormones the boot for tomorrow and come up with something witty.
I am right there with you... I love comments & followers..... I lost a coupole last week and it made me sad.
Rule One: blog for thy self and ignore thy erstwhile competitors. How's that for sarcasm?
I am with Brandi. You're one of my bloggy idols too. Like right now I need to do a TYVM, but have been lazy, I mean, doing laundry *cough* and haven't had time and probably won't make time cause my Nicolas Cage movie is calling my name while I am HOME ALONE, which NEVER happens. Hmm.. Maybe that will be my TYVM.
Mmmmm Mango Smoothie!
PS. For what its worth I Love Ya!
I don't even know that other blogger..so you should feel totally better now.
Ok, sub jobs pay money. You can't be toooooo mad about it!
oh, I am having trouble with my laptop cord as well! I'm at %50 charge and it says plugged in but not charging? what? :) I think I'm stuck there!
I am totally bummed that you have more followers than me and am in a competition with you but you didnt even know about it! LOL
Sad, I know.
I second Lauren. And now I want a Mango Fruit Smoothie so thank you very much!
I am so working on something good for Friday!
Numbers will get back up. Lots of people still getting out of that Christmas season busyness. I'm not fully recovered yet and am still behind on comments and reading. Ugh - it stresses me out.
That mango smoothie sounds uber good right now even though it's -2 degrees out :o)
Oh my gosh. You crack me up. I just love you! You might have to be my new bff!!! Hope you don't mind.
:)
Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. My girls are 21 months apart, so while it's a big difference now, I'm hoping they'll be great friends when they're older (and have gotten over the teenage want-to-kill-each-other phase).
I'm sorry for not doing my part. I'm sooo behind on reading and commenting. I've tried for two weeks to be below 200 posts on my reader. If I read two more of yours and no one else adds, I will meet my goal...for a few minutes.
There are no sub jobs here. It hurts me. And my children.
You're more popular than me. Witch ;0).
