Almost Wordless Wednesday

Wordless Wednesday...almost

Apparently, some of our trees do change color! It just takes until the middle of December for it to happen. Who knew? Apparently not me- even though I've lived here all my life. *shrug*

And look- even my baby tree is showing its beauty!

We mostly have pines and evergreen types around here, but I noticed a few color changers this year too! Very pretty pictures!

I love when the leaves change colors...but we are like you...it happens really late and there usually isn't a whole lot to see!

Wow, gorgeous! Ours changed long ago, now we're looking at bare branches. Pretty.

So pretty. I do love the colors of the fall and will miss that...but all I have to do is remember that I don't have to deal with snow and I'll be okay with missing out on fall's colors!

Those are gorgeous. Same story here-- December is when fall becomes beautiful. And this has been a cooler fall-- so more beautiful than normal...

So pretty!! The color change in Michigan is my favorite time of year. I just wish all year was the same!

Pretty! I miss those big trees. Our neighbor has a little tree I can see from my back door and it has turned red. Otherwise, everything's green. Heck, yesterday I had the air conditioning on. :)

I've lived my whole life in New England, and still don't get over how gorgoeous the foliage is when the trees turn color. It must be even more spectacular whan you're not expecting it!

So purty! How funny that they wait so long to change, though!

That is a beautiful tree! It's going to be a lot of leaves to rake though!

Beautiful! Our leaves don't change color. They just go from green to brown, then they fall off and start growing back again 3 weeks later. That's Florida "seasons" for you!

Leaves, you still have leaves. Bah humbug!

The one picture looks like a Chinese elm. I love how they color each year.
