There once was a mom who lived in a house.
To much horror and remorse she spotted a mouse.
She thought and she thought, how could this be?
There is no one possibly cleaner than me!
She glared at her neighbors and gave them a stare.
It must be one of them who caused this varmint, how dare!
Then she noticed the vacant house next door,
The grass and weeds, she could only abhor!
So she made a plan to put an end to the critters,
She mowed and she mowed until she had the jitters.
Once done she penned a note to the owner,
We have a need to get you a mower.
The mom would be glad to offer up her son,
To mow every week and get the job done.
But first you must pay, and pay us you must.
For we are no fools as we watch your house rust.
Yes you must pay us with cash in advance,
And maybe those mice will go elsewhere to dance.
